Overview
The International Youth Federation (IYF) is a global non-profit youth organization network governed by the present Statutes and the Swiss Civil Code. It is politically neutral, and non-denominational, aiming to empower youth worldwide.
The International Relations Commission (IRC) works to build, foster and maintains corporate partnerships and coordinate donor resource mobilization efforts. IRC liaise, formulate partnerships agreements and oversee IYF relations with partners, donors and governments toward facilitating IYF activities and achieving the mutual interests. The commission supports the leadership of the IYF by positioning and promoting the organization in inter-agency and intergovernmental affairs and is responsible for scanning and anticipating trends that influence IYF policy, preparing proactive strategy options for coherent multi-stakeholder engagement.
The IYF NGO Accreditation Center (NAC) is a global assessment facility provides objective evidence that youth-led and organizations that work in the field of youth development operates at the highest level of programme and operational excellence, legal and technical standards.
Under the guidance and direct supervision of the Chair IRC, the Director NAC has an integral role in providing strategic oversight of the center including accreditation services and programme management. His/her responsibilities includes participation in oversight, approvals, monitoring and evaluating, suggesting and implementing needed changes and continuous quality improvement to the overall accreditation process.

Experience
Three years of experience and results preferred in administrative, human resources, youth empowerment role, training, knowledge management, development, communications, international relations, capacity building, sport, women empowerment, public administration, public affairs, political science, international relations, economic affairs, social science, business administration, law, development studies, youth-led organizations or another relevant field.
Assessment
Evaluation of qualified candidates may include an assessment exercise which may be followed by a competency-based interview.
Language
Fluency in English with superior drafting skills is essential.
