    Description

    Seniors in Service is looking for volunteers with computer and internet access who would feel comfortable working from home.

    We’re looking for volunteers who are:

    • Customer service-oriented
    • Bilingual (English / Spanish)
    • Able to use their own laptop
    • Comfortable with basic computer skills, including reviewing and navigating a website

    We provide:

    • Job aides for frequently asked questions
    • A simple script so you know exactly what to say
    • Guidance every step of the way—you won’t be left to figure things out on your own

    This role is designed to help you feel confident, supported, and successful while making a real difference for families in our community.
