    Description

    Liberty Hospice needs volunteers for our new Tuck-In Program

    Volunteers will call our home patients on Thursdays using a scripted questionnaire to ensure they have everything they need before the weekend

    Volunteers will then report care needs to program manager

    Volunteers will dedicate 1-2 hours each week to make these calls from their home or office
