    Seeking Caring Souls in Northwood

    Are you looking for the perfect opportunity to give back to your community? This is for you!

    Here at Elara Caring Hospice, we have an outstanding volunteer team that visits with patients in facilities or at home in Northwest Ohio. We are in need of volunteers to visit with hospice patients in your immediate area. Volunteers must be caring and compassionate individuals who have a desire to improve another person's life during their final days. All that we ask is that you give our patients the most valuable gift you have to offer - your time. During a patient visit, volunteers participate in a variety of activities with their patients. Some activities include: listening to music, coloring, playing cards, or simply providing a listening ear and conversation.
