Butterfly House Fancy Tea at the St. Louis Carousel

Event Description:

Don’t be late for this very important date! Bring your little ones to our annual Fancy Tea with Wonderland’s most curious guest. The party begins at the St. Louis Carousel where families can nibble on tasty treats and drink delightful drinks. Go in search of the white rabbit as the adventure takes you through the gardens of the Butterfly House.

Volunteer Role Description:

As a Fancy Tea volunteer, you will be helping to create a memorable experience for event attendees. We need volunteers to assist with event setup and tear-down, as well as the following duties during the course of the event:

• Food & Drink Attendant - Maintain the food and drink station by keeping the drink dispensers full and the food table replenished. Help with set up and tear down if needed.
• Zero Waste Ambassador - Help the Butterfly House be greener by assisting guests sort their waste into recycling, compost, and if necessary, landfill. Help with set up and tear down if needed.
• Check-in/Wayfinding - Help assist with guest check-in and direct guests to their tables. Let guests know where the activities are. Help with set up and tear down if needed.
• Activity Assistant - Help assist and monitor the guests in activities/crafts, keep the supplies stocked. Help with set up and tear down if needed.

Volunteers will receive additional orientation upon arrival.

3 shifts available:

• Saturday April 25, 2026 - 1:30-4:00pm
• Sunday April 26, 2026 - 9:30am-12:00pm
• Sunday April 26, 2026 - 1:30-4:00pm
