About the Opportunity

Providence Hospice is seeking compassionate, talented portrait artists that are skilled in photorealism, to provide a deeply meaningful gift to grieving families. Through this unique volunteer opportunity, you can use your artistic gifts to bring comfort, healing, and a lasting tribute to those navigating the loss of a loved one.

Responsibilities & Mediums

We welcome artists of all backgrounds working in their preferred traditional mediums, including:

• Drawing & Sketching (Pencil, Charcoal, Colored Pencils)
• Painting (Oil, Acrylic, Watercolor)
• Pastels & Mixed Media

Volunteers will work from reference photos provided by the families to capture the likeness, spirit, and memory of the individual who has passed away.
