    Description

    Become the Face of Compassion by Volunteering with Ascend Hospice! (Independence)

    Come and be a part of our volunteer team with Ascend Hospice. We are in need of volunteers to provide comfort and support to those in the community with terminal illness. Hospice training is provided by Ascend.

    Volunteer Opportunities Include:

    - Companionship & Support Visits

    - Alternative therapies (Reiki & Massage)

    - Light touch therapy

    - Music as a comfort measure

    - Pet therapy and much more
