    About Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow

    Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow (EOT) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering the next generation of Black, Brown and immigrant youth entrepreneurs through education, mentorship, and experiential learning. Through programs such as EOT Labs, we equip young leaders with the skills, confidence, and support needed to transform ideas into action.

    Role Overview

    The Marketing Strategy & Analytics Lead (Volunteer) provides strategic leadership for EOT's marketing growth initiatives by developing data-driven marketing strategies, measuring campaign performance, and delivering actionable insights that support organizational decision-making. This role focuses on audience growth, marketing analytics, campaign optimization, and performance reporting to strengthen awareness, engagement, volunteer recruitment, and program participation.

    Working closely with the Marketing & Communications team, Revenue Operations, PMO, Product & Technology, and Educational Programs, the Marketing Strategy & Analytics Lead helps ensure marketing efforts are aligned with organizational goals while building scalable systems that improve campaign effectiveness and long-term growth.

    This is a volunteer leadership opportunity designed for individuals interested in marketing strategy, growth marketing, analytics, digital marketing, nonprofit communications, or business intelligence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute audience growth and acquisition strategies across EOT marketing initiatives.
    • Track, analyze, and report marketing campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Build and maintain marketing dashboards and reporting systems that provide visibility into organizational marketing performance.
    • Analyze audience behavior, engagement trends, and campaign effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Support recruitment funnel optimization by evaluating conversion metrics throughout the contributor and volunteer journey.
    • Design and implement campaign testing frameworks (A/B testing and experimentation) to improve marketing outcomes.
    • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to measure marketing impact and organizational growth initiatives.
    • Partner with Product & Technology to improve analytics capabilities, data collection, and reporting infrastructure.
    • Work with Educational Programs and PMO to measure campaign performance across organizational programs and events.
    • Present insights and recommendations that support data-informed marketing decisions.

    • Interest in nonprofit marketing, growth strategy, analytics, or digital communications.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in Marketing Strategy, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics.
    • Experience using analytics platforms, reporting dashboards, or marketing performance tools.
    • Familiarity with marketing funnels, campaign measurement, conversion optimization, or audience segmentation.
    • Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Airtable, CRM platforms, or similar reporting tools is a plus.
    • Previous nonprofit, startup, educational, or community organization experience is preferred.
    • Experience working with remote and cross-functional teams is an advantage.
