    Position Overview

    IFWF is currently seeking a Grant Research & Development Writer to support foundation research, grant prospecting, proposal drafting, and institutional fundraising initiatives.

    This role is ideal for individuals interested in nonprofit development, philanthropy, research, institutional writing, and social impact work.

    Responsibilities

    • Research foundations and grant opportunities
    • Maintain grant prospect and deadline tracking systems
    • Assist with drafting grant proposals and letters of inquiry
    • Support sponsorship and institutional development materials
    • Help organize grant research databases and funding pipelines
    • Assist with fundraising and institutional growth initiatives

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Strong writing, research, and organizational skills
    • Interest in nonprofit fundraising and philanthropy
    • Ability to write in a professional institutional tone
    • Attention to detail and deadline management
    • Familiarity with grant databases is helpful
