Make a Difference Through Friendly Visits
Providence PACE is seeking a compassionate volunteer to provide friendly, one-on-one companionship to an older adult living in the Oregon City area.
Volunteer Activities:
- Engage in friendly conversation and social visits
- Share stories and enjoy meaningful companionship
- Help reduce feelings of isolation through regular visits
- Build a positive and supportive connection
Volunteer Preferences: We welcome volunteers who are:
- Friendly, upbeat, and good listeners
- Comfortable engaging in conversation
- Reliable and committed to consistent visits
- Interested in connecting with older adults
Common Interests May Include:
- Nature and the outdoors
- Mystery books and stories
- Cats and other pets
- Sharing favorite treats or discussing favorite candies
Location: Oregon City, Oregon
Schedule: Flexible. Visits typically occur based on mutual availability and program guidelines.
