    Description

    Street Outreach Coordinator

    The Street Outreach Coordinator is responsible for coordinating consistent Street Outreach Teams and making sure the teams have what they need to serve youth and young adults 24 and under. Street Outreach Volunteers are asked to walk a designated route one evening a week to find and help young people who are homeless or at risk of being homeless.

    The Street Outreach Coordinator works closely with volunteers and reports to the Outreach Coordinator/ Chapter Director. Must have excellent communication skills and be organized and committed. Must observe teams and recommend and/or provide additional training as needed.

    The goal of Street Outreach is to build trusting relationships and provide basic need items and resources.
