Therapy Pets

Animals connect to people and make their days a little brighter. Compassus Hospice is looking for pet owners who have animals that can visit our patients at their place of residence (which may be in an independent living community, assisted living, skilled nursing facility or memory unit).

Many of our patients miss having an animal in their lives and this brings them such joy!

We do ask that your pet complete a basic training class, be registered as a Therapy Dog with ADA or USA Service Dogs, have liability insurance and they be up to date with their shots.
