Here is everything you need to know to complete your registration and prepare for your volunteer shifts:

    Required Registration & Meal Selection

Please complete your official event registration and select your dinner choice using the details below. This step is mandatory.

    Volunteer Schedule & Task Selection

Tasks are available on Friday, February 27th, and Saturday, February 28th. Shifts are broken into time segments, allowing you to choose multiple roles that interest you.

    • Minimum Commitment: We require all volunteers to sign up for a minimum of two tasks in order to receive dinner and drinks, and we strongly encourage selecting three or more.
    • Scheduling: You can group any tasks together, provided the times do not overlap.

    Mandatory Trainings

Two specific roles require a brief, on-site training session on the day of the gala:

    • 4:00 PM Training 2/28/26: Required for the four volunteers selected for Check-In and Check-Out tasks, as this training covers system usage. The same volunteer must complete both Check-In and Check-Out.
    • 4:00 PM Training 2/28/26: Required for volunteers signed up for the Whiskey Pull or Silent Auction Assistants roles.

    Mandatory Orientation

Please attend our virtual Volunteer Orientation to review the event logistics and detailed expectations:

    • Footwear: We strongly recommend bringing a second pair of comfortable shoes.
