Description

Make a difference in the world! Volunteer at one of Bridging The Gap's three recycling drop off centers in Kansas City, MO. Greet patrons and help them unload their recycling items, direct them to the appropriate recycling bins, help sort misplaced items into the correct bins, break down boxes to fit into cardboard bin and thank the patrons for recycling.

There are three Recycling centers Red Bridge (South), Pleasant Valley (North), and Deramus (North). They are open Wednesday-Saturday from 9am-5pm, except on holidays or extreme weather days. There is an AM shift from 9am-1pm and PM shift from 1pm-5pm each day. Please visit our volunteer calendar to sign up for your volunteer day!
