    Description

    Music Enrichment Volunteer

    The Music Enrichment volunteer provides support services to patients in facilities and group homes through the use of live musical performance.

    Position Qualifications:

    1. Must be a mature individual, supportive of the hospice concept, and comfortable and willing to serve others in a volunteer capactity.
    2. Able to respect confidentiality at all times.
    3. Able to maintain appropriate personal and professional boundaries.
    4. Previous volunteer experience may be helpful.
    5. Must be at an intermediate or higher level of musical performance.

    Requirements:

    1. Would need a TB test (Stillwater Hospice can provide one)
    2. Immunization records
    3. Federal ID

    Done throughout the greater Phoenix Area & Maricopa County at facilities and group homes for Hospice.
