Our annual Utopian Ball Gala is October 3, and we need some wonderful humans to help us make the evening happen!

There are several ways to pitch in, so pick a shift that works for you:

Load-In | Around 3 PM

Help us get the space transformed and ready for the big night.

Guest Check-In | 5:30–7:30 PM

Welcome guests, check them in, and help get the evening off to a smooth start.

Guest Mingling & Assistance | 5:45–7 PM

Help welcome and guide guests, answer questions, and make sure everyone knows where to go and what’s happening.

Silent Auction | 5–10 PM

Help guests navigate the auction, answer questions, keep things organized, and help us keep those bids coming!

Whether you can give us a few hours or stay for the whole celebration, we’d love to have you on the team!
