    Description

    Want to serve our patients but prefer to behind the scenes? Come join our amazing staff in our central office as we work to support our patient facing colleagues.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Complete duties related to filing, preparing correspondence
    • May assist in answering phones
    • Assist organization in the office
    • Other duties as assigned by the office team or VC

    Secondary Responsibilities

    • Simple documentation of the visit, form provided, to be submitted to the Volunteer Coordinator
    • No lifting over 10lbs is required

    Skills/Qualifications Needed

    • Reading, Writing
    • Pleasant Customer Service Voice
    • Attention to detail
    • Confidentiality

    Desired Experience

    A successful applicant will show a positive attitude towards organization and have attention to detail

    Time Commitment

    One time a week, or once every other week is preferred, but availability is negotiable and flexible based on volunteer responsibilities and travel.
