Current Opportunities & Key Tasks

🧑‍💻 Reception Assistant

What you'll do: Warmly greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and assist with light administrative or clerical tasks.

• Ideal for volunteers who: Enjoy working in an office setting, are friendly, and have strong communication skills.

🚗 Meals on Wheels Driver

What you'll do: Pick up prepared meals and deliver them safely and compassionately to homebound seniors in the Laguna Hills area.

• Ideal for volunteers who: Have a reliable car, good driving record, and want a flexible, impactful role outside the office.

🍽️ Kitchen Support Staff

What you'll do: Assist the kitchen team with meal preparation, help with serving during lunch programs, and manage clean-up (washing dishes, wiping down surfaces).

• Ideal for volunteers who: Are energetic, don't mind being on their feet, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment.

General Volunteer Requirements

To ensure the safety of our clients and staff:

• You must be 18 years or older to drive.
• We require a valid driver's license and proof of insurance for Meal on Wheels Drivers
• Completion of an online Volunteer Application & background check.
• Complete on-the-job training and orientation will be provided for all roles.
• Shifts vary by role, and we are happy to work with your schedule to find a good fit!
