Join us on Thursday, June 18th to create food bags and audit our school supply donations! Every August, Home for Families holds a Back-to-School giveaway for the families we serve. Volunteers will kick-off this year's preparations by counting and organizing our current school supply reserves before shifting over to our food pantry (located in the same building) to put away food donations and create food bags for our families. Food bags are packed every week to be made available to the families we serve and contain breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and treats for a family of four. This volunteer opportunity is short and sweet at just two hours -- come spend your afternoon helping low-income children and families!
