    Responsibilities

    - Manage the onboarding/hiring process - You will make sure that the candidate meets the requirements of the team they are applying for by collaborating with the team lead on specific hiring requirements

    - Maintain a healthy resource pipeline - Continuously work with various internal teams to create job descriptions and market job openings

    Make sure individuals are adhering to trust principles and our way of working expectations:

    - Provide new volunteers onboarding buddies and perform a 2 week check in with them.

    - Create and implement effective onboarding plans

    - Develop and update Trust Principles

    - Protect the organization by identifying HR related issues and dealing with them in a sensitive fashion.

    - Offboard resources/individuals who are 1) leaving and/or 2) causing issues within the organization via the violation of trust principles, or are missing various commitments or responsibilities.

    - Check in with team members on a weekly basis via optional google form to see how they’re doing (e.g. job search, Burnout)

    - Provide occasional updates on Trust Principles, Policies or Procedures

    - Assist in performance management processes

    - Work with various teams to ensure we are always meeting capacity requirements of each teams

    - Working with teams to adjust team sizes, and opening/closing role openings as necessary

    Preferred Qualifications

    - Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    - Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude

    - Understanding or willingness to research labor laws and disciplinary procedures

    - Strong ethics and reliability

    - Interest or knowledge of HR functions a plus
