Because we are a medical office and our volunteers are privy to fragile patient information and spend time with our staff, we do require them to - do an onboarding process, fill out an application, fingerprinting, a tb test and an orientation.

Description

We have a great volunteer program and our volunteers bring friendship, a smile, a funny story to our patients, their loved ones or caregivers. It is simple. It is visiting.

We train volunteers, walk alongside them as they train, do an orientation and begin volunteering. The experience is wonderful and purposeful. You will get experience alongside medical professionals.

Our office works with volunteers and interns. We work hand and glove with our community, serving them, and enhancing the life of our patients.

You can work in an administrative capacity helping our medical professionals in our office. You can also work as a volunteer visiting patients in a facility or home and being a compassionate presence.

Either way you are meeting their needs, gaining volunteer hours and getting to know the medical community.

It all matters, and you will be a big part of the excellent team that we have in our office.

WE love our volunteer team, and know they bring added care to the compassion and care we bring to our patients and families.

It is basic volunteering, visiting, smiling, telling a story and just being present.

What we need from you is

-Fill out completely our Choice Volunteer Application

-Complete the background check/fingerprint process

-Complete the orientation/onboarding

Once this is complete we walk you through a successful volunteer process. Our patients and families are so grateful for volunteers, you will never regret volunteering for us.
