    Description

    Tri-County Special Events Coordinator

    Special Olympics Montana in the TriCounty area is seeking a Special Events Coordinator.

    The Special Events coordinator will plan and lead events for athletes and volunteers, supporting the mission of Special Olympics through community engagement, awareness, and fun, athlete-centered experiences.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Organize seasonal and summer events
    • Engage athletes and recruit/manage volunteers
    • Coordinate logistics (venues, schedules, accessibility)
    • Build community partnerships and represent the organization at events
    • Promote inclusion and awareness through outreach and programming
    • Member of the Area Management Team

    Impact:

    Creates meaningful, inclusive experiences that connect athletes, volunteers, and the community while advancing the mission of Special Olympics.
