Description
Special Olympics Montana in the TriCounty area is seeking a Special Events Coordinator.
The Special Events coordinator will plan and lead events for athletes and volunteers, supporting the mission of Special Olympics through community engagement, awareness, and fun, athlete-centered experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize seasonal and summer events
- Engage athletes and recruit/manage volunteers
- Coordinate logistics (venues, schedules, accessibility)
- Build community partnerships and represent the organization at events
- Promote inclusion and awareness through outreach and programming
- Member of the Area Management Team
Impact:
Creates meaningful, inclusive experiences that connect athletes, volunteers, and the community while advancing the mission of Special Olympics.
