Description
The Niles Foundation is seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative to support the Halo Food Project, a community initiative focused on food access, outreach, and neighborhood engagement. Seeking locals only.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers and community members at mobile market
- Support mobile market events and community partnerships
- Assist with mobile market education of foods
- Assist with POS systems, customer service, and marketing materials
- Support mobile market and community outreach activities
- Support mobile market inventory, deliveries, and stocking
- Maintain organized records and participant information
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- People person and fast learner
- Strong organizational abilities
- Comfortable working with diverse community members
- Basic computer and administrative skills
- Passion for community service preferred
