    Description

    Donated Equipment Pick Up

    The volunteer doing Donated Equipment Pick Up goes to donor's home to pick up donated equipment and brings it back to storage for later cleaning and gifting.

    The volunteer receives a text asking if they can make an appointment with the donor to go pick up the equipment. the volunteer says yes, the can do it, they will receive:

    1. The list of equipment to be picked up
    2. The donor name
    3. The phone number to call to make the appointment.

    After the volunteer picks up the equipment, they take it to one of our storage locations in Charlotte.
