Impact Your Community directly by Helping Us Transport Essential Equipment to Those in Need
Join our team to bridge the gap between generous donors and families who need equipment (manual wheelchairs, shower chairs, walkers, etc) . You will ensure donated items are collected safely and stored securely for future gifting.
What You Will Do
- Accept assignments via text message.
- Coordinate pickups directly with donors.
- Collect equipment from donor homes.
- Transport items to Charlotte storage.
How It Works
- Receive text: We send a pickup request.
- Accept task: Confirm your availability.
- Get details: Receive donor contact info.
- Schedule visit: Call donor for appointment.
- Drop off: Deliver items to storage.
Requirements
- Reliable vehicle for transporting equipment.
- Valid driver's license and insurance.
- Smartphone for text communication.
- Friendly attitude when meeting donors.
- Ability to lift equipment items.
