Role Overview:
We’re seeking a proactive and organized Recruitment Specialist to join our team. You’ll help us grow our team by managing the end-to-end recruitment process-from reviewing resumes to scheduling interviews, and guiding volunteers through onboarding. Your work will directly help us scale impact across the globe!
What You’ll Do:
- Review volunteer inquiries and resumes
- Communicate with candidates via email
- Schedule and attend interviews with leadership
- Assist in the onboarding process (background checks, training schedules, welcome packets)
- Maintain recruitment tracking spreadsheets or systems
- Help improve our recruitment pipeline and volunteer experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
- Experience in recruitment, HR, or admin roles a plus-but not required
- Comfortable using Gmail, Asana, Zoom, Docusign, Adobe Suite, Zapier, etc.
- Passion for community service, youth development, or international work
