    Description

    Empowerment through Volunteering

The Chamber seeks members’ active engagement in various member-driven committees and groups. It is only through the involvement of our members that we are able to successfully build and implement programs and initiatives to meet the needs of businesses and our community overall.

Volunteering is also an excellent way to maximize the value of your membership. Serving on a committee or volunteering at a Chamber event provides your more opportunities for networking, gives your business more exposure in the community and enables you to shape programs to meet the needs of your business and the community at-large.

If you are interested, below are some opportunities to help.

    • Marketing - Promote existing events and programs. Meets monthly year round

    • Berk Perk Discount Cards - help promote, and communicate with those the selling cards, updates on offers, collect funds, etc, Meetings determined by the committee.

    • Community Guide Magazine - Meet monthly June - Nov

    • Chats & Blenders - Meetings determined by committee

    • Street Team - putting up yard signs, banner, posters in businesses. Committee meets monthly before major Chamber events (May - October)
