    Description

    We Are Seeking a Certified Therapy Dog Team

    Our hospice program is looking to partner with a calm, certified therapy dog team to provide gentle companionship and emotional comfort to patients receiving end-of-life care.

    Ideal Qualifications:

    • Certified therapy dog (recognized organization)

    • Current vaccinations and health clearances

    • Experience in medical or hospice settings preferred

    • Calm temperament suited for bedside visits

    • Handler able to follow facility protocols

    Therapy visits would provide:

    • Comfort and peaceful presence

    • Emotional support for patients and families

    • Meaningful moments during tender times
