    Unity Developer (Cause-driven Video Game for Kids)

    Job Description:

    As a Unity Developer, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop, optimize, and implement gameplay mechanics and systems for mobile platforms. Your role will include creating features, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to an agile development process.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with artists, researchers, and designers to create optimized gameplay mechanics and systems for mobile platforms.
    • Develop Unity-specific features such as UI, animations, effects, and audio.
    • Collaborate and mentor Junior Unity Developers and Artists in a small team environment.
    • Provide clear, customizable code and document the development process.
    • Conduct code validation, reviews, and risk assessments for code changes.
    • Create technical training content like frameworks, tutorials, and videos for team use.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience working with GitHub version control.
    • Knowledge of GPS/Location-based gameplay systems is a plus.
    • Experience implementing custom art assets and UI elements for mobile platforms.
    • Experience leading and mentoring junior developers.
    • Familiarity with Agile development practices.
    • Familiarity with platform development tools such as iTunes Connect, iOS Developer, and Google Play Store.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
