    WalkAbout Volunteer Committee

    Description:

    Support an inclusive, can’t-miss community event where we walk, roll, and celebrate together! WalkAbout brings people of all abilities together for a Halloween-themed experience full of fun, connection, and purpose.

    Responsibilities:

    • Help plan and promote WalkAbout
    • Support team recruitment, activities, and day-of festivities
    • Assist with event logistics and participant experience
    • Collaborate with staff and fellow committee members

    Qualifications:

    • Enthusiasm for inclusive, community-centered events
    • Willingness to help and have fun doing it
    • Reliable and team-oriented
    • No experience required—costumes encouraged! 🎃

    Time Commitment:

    • A few meetings plus support leading up to and on event day
