Marketing & Communications Volunteer To Help Empower At-Risk Youth Through Sports

We W.I.L.L. Thru Sports is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth through sports, mentorship, and wellness programs. Since 2010, we’ve been helping young people build confidence, teamwork, and leadership skills — both on and off the court.

We’re looking for a Marketing Volunteer to help us strengthen our brand and increase visibility in the community. Gaining awareness is key to our growth, and we’re seeking someone with marketing or communications expertise who can help us reach more families, partners, and supporters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop ideas and strategies to increase our visibility and engagement.
• Recommend effective platforms, campaigns, or outreach channels to promote our programs.
• Provide guidance on how to make the best use of our marketing budget.
• Assist with social media content, storytelling, and digital outreach.

Ideal Candidate:

• Has experience in marketing, branding, or communications.
• Understands how to build awareness for mission-driven organizations.
• Creative, collaborative, and passionate about youth empowerment through sports.

Commitment:

• Approximately 5–8 hours per month (flexible schedule, can work remotely).
