    Seeking Dedicated Board Members

    We are building a board of thoughtful, committed leaders who BELIEVE in restoring emotional wellness, stability, and opportunity for Black and underserved youth and families on Maryland’s Eastern Shore.

    As a board member, you are a steward of this mission. Your leadership, accountability, and advocacy help ensure that we remain credible, responsible, and effective.

    Board service with HEALthy Hearts Thrive is a leadership role — not symbolic, not passive. We are seeking individuals ready to help guide governance, strengthen sustainability, and advocate for our mission.

    Serving on this board is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful change in the lives of families and communities. It is also a responsibility that requires consistency, accountability, and partnership.
