Would you like to give back to your community, meet fascinating people, and enjoy beautiful music? The National String Symphonia (NSS Orchestra) is seeking a Director of Community Engagement — a key volunteer position that connects the orchestra with the broader community and serves as the primary liaison between the NSS and the public. Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing social media activity and audience engagement
- Developing and maintaining relationships with local retirement communities, schools, churches, and other organizations
- Managing marketing and publicity efforts, including press releases, flyers, newsletters, and advertising (print, electronic, and media).
We are happy to work with your schedule and value whatever contributions you are able to make. If you’re passionate about music, communication, and community outreach, we’d love to hear from you!
