- Setup: 7:30am - 10:00am
- Registration/Raffle: 9:30am - 12:00pm
- On course/Raffle/Dinner set-up (Group 1): 11:45pm-3:00pm
- On course/Raffle/Dinner set-up (Group 2): 3:00pm-6:00pm
- Cleanup: 6:00pm - 8:30pm
