    In-Person Tutors for School Students with learning challenges

    Every student learns differently, and you can be the key to helping them succeed! Imagine the joy of seeing a student's face light up as they conquer their homework struggles with your support. It's not just tutoring - it's transforming lives!

    Why Volunteer as a an In-Person Tutor with Hollywood PAL?

    • Help PAL Kids excel in their homework and boost their study skills.
    • Make a lasting impact on a young learner's future.
    • Gain valuable experience while having fun working with youth.

    What you'll do

    • Provide one on one tutoring sessions and foster academic curiosity
    • Be available for a minimum of 1 hour per week Monday - Thursday 4:00-7:00pm
    • Make a minimum of a 4-month commitment
    • Communicate effectively with the tutoring program coordinator weekly
    • Be interested in working with young people to achieve their academic goals
    • Feel competent in basic education levels and be able to identify what subject and grade levels you could support
