    Approximately 10–15 hours per week. Maintain consistent communication with the CEO, program leadership, and other assigned team members regarding research progress, deadlines, questions, and program recommendations.

    Description

    Research community needs, trends, statistics, and best practices related to domestic violence awareness, healthy relationships, mental health, wellness, employment, education, financial empowerment, and other community concerns.

    Assist with developing new programs, workshops, curricula, and community initiatives.

    Research evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches that can strengthen WAPW programs.

    Identify potential community partners, resources, funding opportunities, and organizations for collaboration.

    Help create program descriptions, goals, objectives, activities, timelines, and measurable outcomes.

    Collect and organize data that can support grant applications, proposals, presentations, and reports.

    Assist with developing surveys, participant evaluations, and other tools to measure program effectiveness.

    Review existing programs and recommend improvements or opportunities for expansion.

    Work closely with the CEO, grant team, volunteers, and community partners to support program development.
