    About Us:

Digital Aid Seattle is a collective of professionals with diverse expertise, dedicated to transforming the nonprofit sector. We partner with nonprofits, leveraging our skills to enhance their efficiency, effectiveness, and accessibility, ultimately increasing their overall impact.

    Why Join Us?:

By volunteering with us, you directly enhance the reach and efficacy of NGOs, with our nurturing environment, where everyone is united by common values, working collectively to give back to society.

All our volunteers sign an agreement and are vetted for experience before starting work with us. We believe in values like assuming positive intent, bringing out the best in others, and focusing on problems, not just solutions.

You should be seasoned, capable of leading yourself and others in your discipline, available to dedicate enough time to accomplish tasks, and driven to work independently.

Help us create a bigger impact by joining Digital Aid Seattle!

    Responsibilities:

As the Project Manager, your role isn't just about ticking boxes and tracking progress-it's about creating an environment where every volunteer feels valued, heard, and motivated.

Communication will be your strong suit. With regular check-ins, you'll ensure every team member is aligned with our goals, has clarity on their tasks, and feels part of our shared mission. You'll be there to celebrate the milestones, but also to navigate the challenges, ensuring that setbacks are turned into learning experiences.

Making informed decisions under pressure will be key, ensuring the project stays on track. Yet, you'll always maintain a balance between adhering to the plan and being adaptive when needed. You'll identify risks, but more than that, you'll devise strategies to address issues in ways that respect and consider the diverse perspectives within our volunteer team.

Your leadership will ensure the efficient use of our collective skills and resources, but, more importantly, you'll foster a culture where every individual feels a sense of belonging and purpose.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: Proven track record managing software or CRM projects.
    • Empathy & Interpersonal Skills: the ability to connect with team members and stakeholders, understanding their needs, challenges, and motivations.
    • Proactive Communication: Exceptional communication skills that help in clarifying complexities, preventing misunderstandings, and fostering a culture of open dialogue.
    • Decision-Making: Demonstrated aptitude for making well-informed, effective, and timely decisions, even in the face of challenges.
    • Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic environment, swiftly adjusting to changes and new information.
    • Leadership: inspire, motivate, and guide a team towards achieving project objectives.
