    Description

    The Clerical Volunteer involves standard administrative responsibilities such as data entry, making copies, maintaining needed reports and greeting visitors. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • inputting date from paper source into digital format
    • placing phone calls to inform patients/families
    • preparing various mailings for different departments
    • maintaining various databases
    • preparing packets, binders and other materials
    • assisting with preparation for memorial services, veteran's events, bereavement groups.

    The Clerical Volunteer is expected to adhere to company mandatory HIPAA regulations and abide by the company Mission-Vision-Values.

    Sacred Journey Hospice is currently still seeking volunteers for this position and has implemented policies to ensure that staff, volunteers and patients are protected from COVID-19.
