What You'll Do:
- Visit patients in their homes or care facilities
- Offer companionship through conversation, reading, music, or quiet presence
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and families
- Help ease feelings of loneliness and isolation
What We're Looking For:
- Compassionate and dependable individuals with a heart for service
- Good listening and communication skills
- Respect for confidentiality and diverse backgrounds
- Willingness to complete hospice volunteer training and background screening
