    Description

Health Together (formerly Maternal and Infant Health Canada) is a Vancouver-based global public health organization working from the unceded lands of the Coast Salish Nations. We are a team of health professionals, researchers, and advocates who believe that human health and the health of our planet are inseparable.

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Team Member to support efforts to drive revenue across multiple initiatives. In this role, you will design and implement marketing strategies to drive funding, scale our mission-driven initiatives, secure sponsorships and partnerships, and expand our healthcare and educational programs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Secure funding at scale – Identify and pursue sponsorships, foundation grants, and institutional partnerships.
    • Lead pitch competition efforts – Prepare decks, financials, and impact narratives; participate in live pitches for significant prize funding.
    • Grow our social venture (Stretchy) – Drive enrollments and group sales.
    • Build diverse partnerships – Engage NGOs, professional associations, government agencies, and community organizations.
    • Support marketing & outreach – Align campaigns with high-value funding goals.
    • Track performance – Report on revenue KPIs, pipeline progress, and competition outcomes.

    What We Offer

    • A collaborative and supportive team with access to research, coordination, and content resources.
    • Creative freedom to develop and communicate ideas in your authentic voice.
    • A fully remote and flexible work environment.
    • The opportunity to contribute to a meaningful global initiative reaching health professionals, researchers, advocates, and curious minds worldwide.
    • Reference letter available upon completing 1 year.

To Apply: Submit a concise proposal (300 words or less) outlining a real or actionable opportunity to grow Health Together.

    • The Opportunity: Identify a specific partnership, audience, or growth opportunity and explain how you discovered it (e.g., professional network, prior experience, event).
    • The Why: Explain why this opportunity is meaningful based on your unique experience or insight.
    • The Strategy: Describe one strategic action you would take to pursue the opportunity and why.
