    Job Summary

    We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Volunteer Engagement Officer to lead our volunteer engagement efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage, motivate, and support our global network of volunteers.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement volunteer engagement strategies to motivate and retain volunteers
    • Build and maintain relationships with volunteers, providing support and guidance as needed
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination
    • Develop and manage volunteer recognition and reward programs
    • Analyze volunteer data and provide insights to inform engagement strategies
    • Foster a positive and inclusive volunteer community

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience in volunteer management or engagement
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful volunteer engagement strategies
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in virtual collaboration tools and platforms
    • Passion for social impact and community development
