    3. Collaborate with Rising Now staff to align workshop content with the organization’s mission and student needs.
    4. Track and report attendance, engagement, and outcomes to help evaluate program success.
    5. Provide mentorship and guidance to students during and after sessions, promoting confidence and positive decision-making.
    6. Participate in periodic team meetings and orientation sessions to stay informed about program goals and updates.

    • Prior experience in education, youth development, coaching, or public speaking preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage middle and high school students effectively.
    • Willingness to lead workshops both independently and as part of a team.
    • Commitment to promoting inclusivity, respect, and empowerment.
    • Must pass a background check and attend a short orientation session.

    • Networking opportunities with professionals and community leaders.
    • A sense of fulfillment from making a direct impact in your community.

    Additional Details

    • Workshops are typically held on Saturdays from January to June, and sessions are either in-person or online, depending on the program schedule.
