Your guidance ensures every volunteer feels valued and confident in taking their next step—all from the comfort of your home.

    Responsibilities:

    • Connect with Purpose: Schedule and conduct virtual Opportunity Review conversations to learn about how volunteers match their selected opportunities.
    • Match with Meaning: Use your understanding of volunteer interests, skills, and availability to recommend roles that fit, if the selected one(s) is not a match.
    • Stay Informed: Review selected opportunities and prepare for conversations using standardized training materials.
    • Keep Records Current: Update candidate profiles and referrals in Volunteer Connection, our online volunteer system.
    • Support the Mission: Help volunteers begin their journey with a line of business/department with clarity, confidence, and connection.

    • Team Player: You collaborate well and stay connected with your team virtually.
    • Experience Matters: Customer service and/or HR experience is a plus—but your people skills matter most.
    • Virtual-Ready: You have reliable internet and a quiet space to volunteer from home.
