We are looking for a Marketing Manager to help tell our story, grow our reach, and strengthen how we show up publicly.
This is a hands-on role - you will work closely with leadership and build content that directly impacts women navigating some of the hardest moments of their lives.
Start Date: June 2026
Initial Term: strong potential for full-time role on our team
What You’ll Do
Content & Storytelling
- Write and develop content for email newsletters, website, and social media
- Capture and elevate member stories (with care and sensitivity)
- Help shape JDW’s voice and messaging across platforms
Website & Digital Presence
- Maintain and update the JDW website
- Improve clarity, flow, and storytelling across key pages
Social Media
- Manage JDW’s social channels (primarily LinkedIn, facebok & Instagram)
- Create and schedule posts that reflect our mission and community
- Track what’s working and iterate
Marketing & Materials
- Support creation of decks, one-pagers, and event materials
- Help ensure consistency across all public-facing content
- Assist with campaigns tied to events and fundraising
Who You Are
- Strong writer who can keep things clear, human, and compelling
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Organized and able to manage multiple small projects at once
- Interested in storytelling, social impact, and women’s issues
- Not afraid to ask questions or share ideas
- Have experience with Canva, Zoom, and basic web tools
- Interest in nonprofit or mission-driven work
