Description
Foster Hope Ministries builds free digital tools to support foster and adoptive families — and we need your help making sure they actually work! As a small, founder-led ministry, we don't have a dedicated QA team. We're looking for a volunteer to regularly test our websites and apps, catch bugs, and give honest feedback on the user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Test Foster Hope websites and apps across devices and browsers
- Report bugs, broken features, or confusing user flows
- Give honest feedback on ease of use and overall experience
- Re-test after fixes to confirm issues are resolved
Ideal candidate:
- Attention to detail and comfort navigating websites/apps
- No coding experience required — just a curious, thorough mindset
- Passion for supporting foster and adoptive families
- Remote, flexible schedule — approx. 1–3 hours/week
