- Nurses: RN, BSN, LPN
- Optician / Optical Technician
- Clinical & Administrative Support Volunteers

Directions
From Downtown Tampa (approx. 10 minutes)
- Head east on I‑4.
- Take Exit 3 toward 50th Street / US‑41.
- Turn left onto N 50th St.
- Turn right onto E Louisiana Ave.
- The clinic will be on your right at 3401 E Louisiana Ave.
From Brandon (approx. 15–20 minutes)
- Take I‑4 West toward Tampa.
- Take Exit 3 for 50th Street / US‑41.
- Turn right onto N 50th St.
- Turn right onto E Louisiana Ave.
- Look for the clinic on the right side.
From USF Area (approx. 15 minutes)
- Head south on N 50th St.
- Continue straight for several miles.
- Turn left onto E Louisiana Ave.
- The clinic will be on your right.
