Board of Directors (Volunteer Role)

Organization: Caregiver OneCall

Location: Bay Area, California (meetings remote, and in-person events)

Commitment: Part-time, volunteer board position

Caregiver OneCall is building its next phase, and we are looking for board members who want to do real work.

We are a California-based nonprofit providing free, 24/7 real-time telephone support, respite, training, and resources for family caregivers, because no caregiver should ever feel alone at 2 AM.

This is not an honorary board. This is for people who:

• Care about governance and accountability
• Want to strengthen systems, not just attend meetings
• Bring experience in finance, law, fundraising, healthcare, operations, or strategy
• Show up, follow through, and value mission over titles

If you have the skills and the heart to help caregivers across all walks of life, I would love to talk.

Term & Commitment

• Board members serve a renewable 2-year term.
• Estimated time commitment: 12-15 hours per month, including preparation and meeting participation.
