Jazmine's Birthday Bash Pickleball Tournament Fundraiser

Join Jazmine’s Journey as a volunteer for Jazmine’s Birthday Bash Pickleball Tournament on Thursday, December 17, 2026, at Chicken N Pickle in Glendale, Arizona.

This special event is held in memory of Jazmine Elane Reiter on what would have been her birthday. Jazmine passed away from infant leukemia at only 16 months old. Her birthday celebration brings the community together to honor her life, raise awareness of pediatric cancer, and support Arizona families whose children are fighting cancer.

Volunteers may assist with:

• Event setup and cleanup
• Guest and team check-in
• Directing participants and answering questions
• Selling raffle tickets and assisting with the silent auction
• Helping vendors and sponsors
• Distributing event materials and prizes
• Supporting tournament activities
• Taking photographs or videos
• General event assistance as needed

We are looking for dependable, friendly, and compassionate volunteers who are comfortable working with the public and supporting a busy community event. Volunteers must follow event instructions, communicate professionally, and help create a welcoming environment for our players, guests, sponsors, vendors, and pediatric cancer families.

The tournament will take place from 6:00–9:00 PM. Some volunteer positions may require arriving early for setup or staying briefly afterward for cleanup. Specific assignments and arrival times will be provided before the event.

Funds raised through Jazmine’s Birthday Bash Pickleball Tournament will help Jazmine’s Journey provide financial assistance, gas and grocery support, gift cards, family activities, and other meaningful resources to Arizona pediatric cancer families while also supporting pediatric cancer research.
