    Description

Creating Greeting Card for Hospitalized Children

Caitlin's Smiles sends greeting cards to hospitalized children in our Bags of Smiles and Coping Kits. We always seem to be running out no matter how many we receive. Over 2,500 of them are delivered to children in medical facilities through our programs each month in the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Help out by creating cards for the children we serve!

We prefer cards made from construction paper or colored copy paper, cut in half, and folded so they are notecard size (up to about 4 1/2" x 6").

    When creating cards, please

    • Make your cards BRIGHT, BOLD, SILLY, AND CHEERY,
    • Use Riddles and Funny Sayings,
    • Do Not Say: “Get Well Soon” or use any religious messages.
    • Please create unisex cards for either a boy or a girl.
    • Make cards that are appropriate at any time of year. No holiday themed or seasonal cards.

    Focus on such sayings as:

    • Sending Smiles
    • Sending Bear Hugs
    • Thinking of you
    • You’re a Star
    • You’re a Champion

When you are finished drop them off or mail them to: Caitlin's Smiles, 3303 North Sixth Street, Harrisburg, PA 17110.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
