    Description

    Head of Community Advisory Board

    The Head of Community Advisory Board at Nation Of Diversity is a leadership role responsible for providing guidance and leadership to the Community Advisory Board, which plays a crucial role in shaping the organization's strategy and fostering community engagement.

    Z.2 Responsibilities:

    The Head of Community Advisory Board shall have the following primary responsibilities:

    1. Community Advisory Board Oversight: Lead and oversee the activities, meetings, and initiatives of the Community Advisory Board, ensuring its alignment with the organization's mission and goals.

    2. Community Engagement: Act as a liaison between the Community Advisory Board and the organization's leadership, fostering collaboration and engagement with the broader community.

    3. Strategic Input: Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the organization's leadership based on the input and feedback received from the Community Advisory Board.

    4. Communication: Facilitate effective communication between the Community Advisory Board and the organization, including the dissemination of important information and updates.

    5. Community Relations: Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, stakeholders, and partners to ensure that the organization remains connected to the community it serves.

    Z.3 Qualifications:

    The Head of Community Advisory Board shall possess the following qualifications:

    • Commitment to the mission and values of the organization.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Leadership experience, particularly in community engagement or advisory roles.
    • An understanding of the community's needs and dynamics.
